The following is the Terms of Service and Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) between Renegade Pack on behalf of itself and its affiliates, (“Renegade Pack.com”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and “you”, the member.

What Is Renegade Pack?
Renegade Pack is a monthly subscription service that sends personal grooming items directly to your door each month.
All Renegade Pack members must be 18 or older and have a valid debit/credit card. If you are under 18, you are not eligible for a membership.
Depending on your package selection, your card will be immediately billed upon signup as follows: $9.17 for 1 product, $18.17 for 3 products, $28.17 for 5 products, and $38.17 for 7 products. After placing your order, we will immediately ship you the designated products, which will arrive within 5 business days. You will then be shipped a recurring supply of your selected package every 30 days and will be billed the same amount that you paid upon enrollment each month. You may also purchase shipping insurance for $2, which will insure your package if it is lost during transit. If our product is not right for you, simply call (800) 315-4370 or contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your membership. Charges will appear on your statement as Renegade Pack
Membership Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time for the upcoming month, but no refunds shall be made on prior membership fees and shipping costs. You can cancel by simply emailing email@example.com. Please include the email that you used during registration, and your first and last name. You can also cancel your membership by calling Customer Support 24 hours per day, 365 days per year at (800) 315-4370.
Product Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, product must be unused and in original product packaging. Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. A RMA number may be obtained by contacting customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days of the original purchase date.
Authorized refunds will be made for the original invoice price of the item; shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. Exchanges will require additional shipping expenses. The customer will be responsible for ALL costs involved in returning and/or re-shipping the product. Returns must be shipped properly packaged, in a hard box. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the return package – we are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (including name, telephone number, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and its expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. While making a purchase from RenegadePack.com, you are given the option to create a username and password. This user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the checkout process on repeat visits. We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service.
RenegadePack.com gathers navigational information about where our visitors go on our website and information about the technical efficiencies of our website and services. This information allows us to see which areas of RenegadePack.com are most visited and helps us to better understand our Guests’ experience at RenegadePack.com. In the process of gathering navigational information, non-personally identifiable information (i.e. browser version, service provider and IP address) may be collected which will provide information regarding a visitor’s use of our web site (such as the time of a visitor’s last visit to a page on our web site).
If you opt into our email list the information you provide (for example, name, email address, country, gender) will be added to a database. RenegadePack.com may use that information for our own internal marketing purposes. You may opt out of this list at any time, by logging into your account or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email.
We have made every effort to ensure that the information transmitted to us online is secure through the use of a secure server. With respect to online sales, the person whose name appears on the card must be the one who places the order. RenegadePack.com uses secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption for securing communications and transactions across the Internet. The SSL protocol uses digital certificates to create and secure confidential communications “pip” between the purchaser and our web entity. Data transmitted over an SSL connection is designed to prevent tampering without the two parties becoming immediately aware of the tampering. A key or padlock icon in the lower corner of the browser window identifies the security mode of a browser. When the browser is running in “normal” mode, the key looks broken or the padlock looks open. Once an SSL connection has been established, the key becomes whole, or the padlock becomes closed, indicating that the browser is in “secure” mode. SSL is supported in the vast majority of browsers, which means that almost anyone with a browser can benefit from SSL encryption. In addition, it is our policy not to send your credit card number via email. In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt in all of your internet activities.
If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
